• I handle new home purchases, lot purchases and construction loans. I will work with you on contract review and will conduct the settlement or attend settlements with you if the home builder requires you to use their attorneys.

• I help buyers and sellers who are not working with Realtors to negotiate contracts of sale, review and prepare contracts of sale, conduct settlements or closings and prepare or work with lenders in the preparation of loan and transfer documents.

• I review and prepare contracts of sale of buyers and sellers selling their homes for a reasonable hourly fee ($175.00 per hour).

• I will help arrange a tax free exchange of your home or property or act as escrow agent to receive funds from the sale of a home that is to be involved in a tax free exchange.

• I disperse funds at settlement if you bring a cash equivalent funds to settlement.

• I never shy away from difficult cases and will work with you to get the house you want.
