Fee to be quoted at the initial consultation or upon review of your completed questionnaire.
Guardianships Consultations, document preparation, attendance at hearings and legal advice are billed at my usual hourly rate.
$175.00 per hour, less a 30 minute free initial consultation.
Issues Effecting Seniors Legal advice and assistance is billed at my usual hourly rate.
$175.00 per hour less a 30 minute free initial consultation.
Estate Administration

Attorney fees are calculated at an hourly rate, or the statutorily fixed rate as approved by the probate court.
The statutory rate is currently $1,800.00 plus 3.6% of the gross estate over $20,000.00.
$175.00 (US) per hour
