I review contracts of sale for commercial and residential real estate, or for the sale or purchase of a business, home builder's contracts of sale, employment contracts, consulting agreements, insurance policies, employee benefit agreements, business proposal, construction contracts, leases for office space or for business locations and other business agreements as well as wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.
